About these terms
These terms apply to the website omantopup.com and to the top-up help we provide. By using the site or sending a request you accept them.
Our service
OmanTopup is an independent third-party service that helps you top up FRiENDi prepaid numbers in Oman. We are not the mobile operator and do not control its network, tariffs or balances.
Requests and confirmation
A request is only a call-back request. A top-up is created only after you confirm the number, the amount (OMR 0.100 to OMR 50.000) and any service fee with your manager and approve payment.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the number belongs to you or that you top it up with the owner’s agreement, and that the details you give are correct.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or with a card you are not entitled to use.
Payments
Payment is made by card on a secure checkout page. Prices are in Omani rials (OMR). Any service fee is shown before you approve payment.
Liability
We work to complete each top-up promptly. We are not responsible for delays or outages caused by the mobile operator, banks or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the laws of Oman.
