What personal data OmanTopup collects when you request a top-up, why we use it, how long we keep it, who we share it with and how to exercise your rights.
What we collect
The mobile number you give us, and if you choose to share them, your name, email, preferred language and message. We do not collect card numbers through our forms.
Why we use it
To call you back, complete the top-up you requested, answer your questions and handle refunds. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the payment provider that processes your card payment and with service providers that host our systems, each bound to protect your data.
How long we keep it
Request details are kept for up to 12 months so we can help with any follow-up or refund, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing care@omantopup.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections, and access to request data is limited to the staff who handle your request.
